How to configure this script?
Put all files in a directory and configure the files in "files_to_configure".
Put a password (with your hoster) for the directory "admin".
Put permission on FTP for file "bottom.inc" and "top.inc" to 700.

Note all text and description must be a line in "elements" directory.
